What is a Wind Divination?
Wind Divination is a practice of connecting with the winds on behalf of a client.
This is done by the shaman through ritual and practice, through relationship with the helping winds and walking consciously with them as teachers and guides. The wind shaman, once trained, is then able to call in a helping wind for a client around a specific need or for guidance and wisdom. Listening – for that is what the shaman is trained in – becomes the vehicle for guidance, clarity, and whatever revelation the helping wind has for the one who seeks. The session is usually ended with a wind clearing through the energy centers to support the client in incorporating any wisdoms given. Other shamanic work may be called for in response to the information received.
